We will be happy to repair any design purchased through shoprachelreid.com. Please submit your information in the form. You will receive an email confirmation with your repair authorization number. 

*No repairs will be accepted without prior return authorization. The customer is responsible for all necessary fees required for the repair.* 

*We may not be able to repair older pieces if components needed to repair them are unavailable. *
