You will receive an email once your order is placed and another email once your order ships with tracking information. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to ship. If an item is sold out or on backorder, our concierge will contact you with an estimated delivery date. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

We extend free ground shipping to all of our customers! This typically takes 5-7 business days. You can also select expedited and overnight shipping for an additional cost at checkout. If you place an order after business hours on Friday your package will be shipped on Monday. If an item is not available to ship immediately, it will be noted in the description of the product.

For all domestic orders we ship ground via USPS, UPS or Federal Express at no charge. Expedited and overnight shipping is available at an additional cost. Once your order leaves our studio you will be notified via our order system and will receive a tracking number.

All orders from shoprachelreid.com require an adult signature upon delivery.

We offer international shipping to all countries with the exception of a few. Total costs for shipping, duties, and taxes will be applied at checkout.

On orders over $30 up to $2,000 we offer Afterpay. Afterpay splits any purchase in 4 easy payments over a 6 week period. Simply select Afterpay at checkout, use your debit or credit card for instant approval, enjoy your purchase and pay the full amount in 4 easy payments. Please ensure that the return is initiated within 10 days from the delivery date of your order for a refund. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free shipping on returns. Personalized and Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please submit your request via our return page

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box as our preferred shipping method is via UPS and they do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

No. Once an order has been submitted we start the customization of the order right away.

We do our best to make them as close to their actual size as we can, but the pictures are not necessarily to scale. Some descriptions include dimensions for the pieces. If you have any other questions regarding the size of a particular piece, please contact us at sales@shoprachelreid.com and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Each product comes carefully placed in a velvet pouch and box and shipped in a bubble mailer or box.
