RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Rachel Reid will accept eligible items for exchange or return (see below guidelines).

If you would like to make a return, please submit this form here, or email Sales@ShopRachelReid.com with your order number and we will send an email with return shipping instructions. No refund will be granted without processing a return/exchange request. 

GUIDELINES

Please ensure that the return is initiated within 10 days from the delivery date of your order for a refund. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date. 

Merchandise must be in new and re-saleable condition

Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free shipping on returns. All refunds and store credits are issued less the return shipping cost which will be determined at that time. 

Engraved, customized, personalized and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a product is not returnable, it will be noted on the product page. Additionally, a few select non-personalized pieces may not be returnable. If that is the case you will be notified BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order. 

EXCHANGE POLICY
Rachel Reid will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after receipt. We can only accept exchanges on items purchased on shoprachelreid.com. For Rachel Reid styles purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly. If you would like to make an exchange, please email Sales@ShopRachelReid.com with your order number and we will send an email with return shipping instructions (no exchange will be granted without processing a return/exchange request). Once your exchange is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s) less return shipping charges.

* Gift Return Policy Items received as gifts (purchased on shoprachelreid.com) may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value, excluding customized and engraved items.
